Each and every Training Consultant will daily furnish a detailed report which consists fo no of students attended the course,syllabus covered,lab usage, and tests conducted if any to the headmaster.

The headmaster verify it and approve it.

The co-ordinators will visit the school in a weekly manner interact with the students and verify the reports furnished are proper.

They will collect the reports in a weekly mannr and update it on the web based monitoring system.

From this web based monitoring system the District collector and the Project officer will be able to know till what is going on where?

More over the training consultants will also furnish a monthly report on attendance,syllabus covered,students remarks,performance chart of that particular school,usage of stationeries,
Usage of lab,system problems if any,and the progress of the school teachers getting the training

Apart from that the project manager will visit all the schools once in a month to find out the performance.

Above all the Project Director will visit the schools randomly and interact with students to know the exact status of the classes conduced

All the training consultants will be given training and appraisal will be done on all of them every quarter.
